Safety 1st are producing some great quality travel systems and strollers. This travel system is solidly constructed and I feel really good that my baby is protected excellently when traveling in it.
THE GOOD
========
The quality of manufacture is excellent, it's built to last and I LOVE the "airbag" technology they are using.
The stroller is easy to steer and the handle height seems fine for both myself and my wife even though there is a good 7 inch difference in height.
The stroller folds up into a size that fits into either of our cars easily.
The fabrics are nice and holding up well, this looks like a quality product compared to a lot of the travel systems we looked at which looked cheap and nasty in comparison.
The car seat unit is adjustable to allow for use for babies up to 35lbs, so it should last quite a while before needing a bigger one.
Extra base units for the car seat are now available.
THE BAD
=======
The one handed folding mechanism is not as easy as it sounds, the release mechanism can be stiff and take a couple of attempts to make it work.
The shades of the stroller and car seat unit overlap nicely but there is a gap on the sides which, depending on the position of the sun, can lead to light creeping in.. I'm not sure if this is for air circulation but it's an annoyance when it happens.
The car seat part and base are BIG. If you have a smaller car you will definitely want to check that this will fit. Also I traveled on a United Airlines flight and this seat would not fit in the seat, despite being FAA approved.
The handle locking mechanism can be difficult to engage/lock/unlock.. it works, it just takes some effort sometimes which can be annoying.
Overall I'm very happy with this travel system. It looks great, it's very well built and I feel good that it provides excellent safety for my baby. With a couple of improvements to the locking mechanisms this would be perfect.. hopefully these changes will be need in the next generation of Safety 1st products.

This stroller is ok to push around the mall etc but its a royal pain to open! You have to unlock it, then bend over and try to pull the handle up and hope it opens! I have had many other strollers and have never had such a hard time opening them! You will be better off with any other stroller but this one!
